Price-lock payment refunds
Your one-time price-lock payment is refundable anytime.
Auto-refund if no launch
If Music Falcon is not launched by the stated deadline, we will automatically refund all price-lock payments.
How to request a refund
Email hello@musicfalcon.com from the email used at checkout.
We usually process requests within 5 business days.
Stripe processing time
Once we issue a refund in Stripe, your bank may take additional time to post it.
